At ₱530,000, the minimum selling price works out to about ₱5,300 per sqm of lot area. The property went unsold at public auction, so it is offered at a fixed price, first come, first served; the discount of up to 45% depends on the mode of payment and the mode of sale. Offers were scheduled from Oct 24 until 11:59 PM on Oct 30, 2026 (Philippine time); the opening of offers was set for Nov 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
