Through the 2nd public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed rowhouse in Citihomes Molino, Barangay Molino IV, Bacoor, Cavite. The record places it at Lot 16 Blk 1. It has 20.62 sqm of floor area on a lot of 35.63 sqm.

The minimum bid price is set at ₱546,107 (roughly ₱26,484 per sqm of floor area). With no winning bid in the 1st auction, the property went back to sealed bidding, where the highest qualified offer wins at the bid opening. The discount at this stage is up to 30%, depending on the mode of payment. The offer period was set for Oct 26 to Oct 30, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the bid opening on Nov 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The record marks the rowhouse as occupied; any occupants are for the buyer to deal with. Pag-IBIG's remarks list the title as under consolidation, which means it is not yet in the Fund's name. Like all Pag-IBIG acquired assets, it is sold as-is, where-is: inspect it first and budget for repairs and any unpaid association dues.

Financing the whole price with a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan requires a gross monthly income of ₱9,106, according to Pag-IBIG, because the amortization of about ₱3,187 a month may not exceed 35% of income.
