Foreclosed Rowhouse for Sale in Camella Homes Springville Garden 4, Bacoor, Cavite (Lot 05 Blk 06)

Through the 2nd public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed rowhouse in Camella Homes Springville Garden 4, Barangay Molino III, Bacoor, Cavite. It sits at Lot 05 Blk 06. The rowhouse has 32 sqm of floor area and stands on a 60-sqm lot.

The minimum bid price is ₱806,940, about ₱25,217 per sqm of floor area. The 2nd public auction follows a 1st auction with no winning bid. Offers are sealed, the highest qualified offer wins at the bid opening, and Pag-IBIG gives up to 30% discount, depending on the mode of payment. The published offer window is Oct 12 to Oct 16, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, followed by the bid opening on Oct 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The record marks the rowhouse as occupied; any occupants are for the buyer to deal with. The title is under consolidation, so it is still being transferred to Pag-IBIG Fund's name. Like all Pag-IBIG acquired assets, it is sold as-is, where-is: inspect it first and budget for repairs and any unpaid association dues.

Pag-IBIG puts the required gross monthly income at ₱13,455 for a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan covering the full price, which implies a monthly amortization of about ₱4,709. The handling office is Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub.
