At ₱468,000, the minimum bid price works out to about ₱4,500 per sqm of lot area. With no winning bid in the 1st auction, the property went back to sealed bidding, where the highest qualified offer wins at the bid opening. The discount at this stage is up to 30%, depending on the mode of payment.
