Through the 2nd public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed townhouse in The Istana Tanza Subdivision, Barangay Biga, Tanza, Cavite. The record places it at Lot 63 Blk 4. It has 58 sqm of floor area on a lot of 44 sqm.

The minimum bid price is set at ₱2,207,070 (roughly ₱38,053 per sqm of floor area). It reached the 2nd public auction after the 1st auction ended without a winning bid. Bidding is sealed again, and Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 30% discount", depending on the mode of payment. The offer period was set for Oct 12 to Oct 16, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the bid opening on Oct 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
