Through negotiated sale, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed townhouse in Springtown Southgate Subdivision, Barangay Bucal, Tanza, Cavite. The record places it at Lot 68 Blk 16. It has 42 sqm of floor area on a lot of 36 sqm.

The minimum selling price is set at ₱1,777,600 (roughly ₱42,324 per sqm of floor area). The property went unsold at public auction, so it is offered at a fixed price, first come, first served; the discount of up to 45% depends on the mode of payment and the mode of sale. The offer period was set for Oct 10 to Oct 16, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the opening of offers on Oct 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

It is listed as occupied, and dealing with any occupants is the buyer's responsibility. Its title is still under consolidation, meaning the transfer to Pag-IBIG Fund's name is not yet complete. It is sold as-is, where-is, so visit the townhouse and set aside money for repairs and any unpaid association dues before you offer.

Pag-IBIG puts the required gross monthly income at ₱29,639 for a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan covering the full price, which implies a monthly amortization of about ₱10,374. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub is the handling office.
