Foreclosed Townhouse for Sale in Pacifictown Conchu, Trece Martires, Cavite (Lot 4 Blk 7)

This townhouse is a Pag-IBIG Fund foreclosed property in Pacifictown Conchu, Barangay Conchu, Trece Martires, Cavite, offered through negotiated sale. It sits at Lot 4 Blk 7. The townhouse has 41.28 sqm of floor area and stands on a 40-sqm lot.

At ₱1,661,300, the minimum selling price works out to about ₱40,245 per sqm of floor area. Having gone unsold at public auction, it is sold at a fixed price on a first-come, first-served basis. Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 45% discount", depending on the mode of payment and the mode of sale. Offers were scheduled from Oct 24 until 11:59 PM on Oct 30, 2026 (Philippine time); the opening of offers was set for Nov 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

It is listed as unoccupied. Pag-IBIG's remarks list the title as under consolidation, which means it is not yet in the Fund's name. The sale is as-is, where-is, which leaves repairs and any unpaid association dues to the buyer, so inspect the townhouse before making an offer.

Financing the whole price with a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan requires a gross monthly income of ₱27,700, according to Pag-IBIG, because the amortization of about ₱9,695 a month may not exceed 35% of income. The handling office is Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub.
