Through the 2nd public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed townhouse in Hacienda La Joya, Barangay Buhay Na Tubig, Imus, Cavite. The record places it at Lot 29 Blk 45. It has 92 sqm of floor area on a lot of 60 sqm.

The minimum bid price is ₱2,267,730, about ₱24,649 per sqm of floor area. It reached the 2nd public auction after the 1st auction ended without a winning bid. Bidding is sealed again, and Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 30% discount", depending on the mode of payment.
