This foreclosed townhouse is in Beverly Homes Cabuco, Barangay Cabuco, Trece Martires, Cavite, and Pag-IBIG Fund is offering it through the 2nd public auction. It sits at Lot 21 Blk 3. The townhouse has 51 sqm of floor area and stands on a 38-sqm lot.

The minimum bid price is ₱1,484,910, about ₱29,116 per sqm of floor area. With no winning bid in the 1st auction, the property went back to sealed bidding, where the highest qualified offer wins at the bid opening. The discount at this stage is up to 30%, depending on the mode of payment. The offer period was set for Oct 12 to Oct 16, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the bid opening on Oct 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

It is listed as unoccupied. The title is under consolidation, so it is still being transferred to Pag-IBIG Fund's name. It is sold as-is, where-is, so visit the townhouse and set aside money for repairs and any unpaid association dues before you offer.

Financing the whole price with a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan requires a gross monthly income of ₱24,759, according to Pag-IBIG, because the amortization of about ₱8,666 a month may not exceed 35% of income. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub handles the sale.
