It is listed as occupied, and dealing with any occupants is the buyer's responsibility. Pag-IBIG's remarks list the title as under consolidation, which means it is not yet in the Fund's name. The sale is as-is, where-is, which leaves repairs and any unpaid association dues to the buyer, so inspect the rowhouse before making an offer.

Pag-IBIG puts the required gross monthly income at ₱11,888 for a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan covering the full price, which implies a monthly amortization of about ₱4,161. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub handles the sale.
