Foreclosed Rowhouse for Sale in Wellington Tanza Residences Phase 2, Tanza, Cavite (Lot 20 Blk 24)

This foreclosed rowhouse is in Wellington Tanza Residences Phase 2, Barangay Tres Cruses, Tanza, Cavite, and Pag-IBIG Fund is offering it through the 1st public auction. It sits at Lot 20 Blk 24. The rowhouse has 30 sqm of floor area and stands on a 36-sqm lot.

The minimum bid price is set at ₱1,154,700 (roughly ₱38,490 per sqm of floor area). Bidding is sealed. Every offer must meet the minimum bid price, the highest qualified offer wins when the bids are opened, and there is no discount at this stage. Offers were scheduled from Oct 12 until 11:59 PM on Oct 16, 2026 (Philippine time); the bid opening was set for Oct 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

It is listed as occupied, and dealing with any occupants is the buyer's responsibility. Its title is still under consolidation, meaning the transfer to Pag-IBIG Fund's name is not yet complete. Like all Pag-IBIG acquired assets, it is sold as-is, where-is: inspect it first and budget for repairs and any unpaid association dues.

Pag-IBIG puts the required gross monthly income at ₱19,253 for a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan covering the full price, which implies a monthly amortization of about ₱6,739. A bigger down payment, or paying in cash, lowers that requirement. The handling office is Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub.
