Foreclosed Rowhouse for Sale in Wellington Tanza Residences Phase 2, Tanza, Cavite (Lot 24 Blk 23)

This foreclosed rowhouse is in Wellington Tanza Residences Phase 2, Barangay Tres Cruses, Tanza, Cavite, and Pag-IBIG Fund is offering it through negotiated sale. The record places it at Lot 24 Blk 23. It has 30 sqm of floor area on a lot of 36 sqm.

The minimum selling price is set at ₱1,022,000 (roughly ₱34,067 per sqm of floor area). The property went unsold at public auction, so it is offered at a fixed price, first come, first served; the discount of up to 45% depends on the mode of payment and the mode of sale. The offer period was set for Oct 10 to Oct 16, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the opening of offers on Oct 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The record marks the rowhouse as occupied; any occupants are for the buyer to deal with. The title is under consolidation, so it is still being transferred to Pag-IBIG Fund's name. Like all Pag-IBIG acquired assets, it is sold as-is, where-is: inspect it first and budget for repairs and any unpaid association dues.

Financing the whole price with a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan requires a gross monthly income of ₱17,040, according to Pag-IBIG, because the amortization of about ₱5,964 a month may not exceed 35% of income.
