Foreclosed Rowhouse for Sale in Wellington Tanza Residences Phase 1, Tanza, Cavite (Lot 16 Blk 3)

Through the 1st public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed rowhouse in Wellington Tanza Residences Phase 1, Barangay Tres Cruses, Tanza, Cavite. It sits at Lot 16 Blk 3. The rowhouse has 30 sqm of floor area and stands on a 36-sqm lot.

The minimum bid price is set at ₱1,022,000 (roughly ₱34,067 per sqm of floor area). A 1st public auction listing carries no discount: sealed offers must meet the minimum bid price, and the highest qualified offer wins at the bid opening. The offer period was set for Oct 12 to Oct 16, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the bid opening on Oct 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

It is listed as occupied, and dealing with any occupants is the buyer's responsibility. Pag-IBIG's remarks list the title as under consolidation, which means it is not yet in the Fund's name. It is sold as-is, where-is, so visit the rowhouse and set aside money for repairs and any unpaid association dues before you offer.

Financing the whole price with a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan requires a gross monthly income of ₱17,040, according to Pag-IBIG, because the amortization of about ₱5,964 a month may not exceed 35% of income. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub is the handling office.
