The minimum bid price is ₱824,130, about ₱15,698 per sqm of floor area. It reached the 2nd public auction after the 1st auction ended without a winning bid. Bidding is sealed again, and Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 30% discount", depending on the mode of payment.
