Through the 2nd public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed rowhouse in Rancho Imperial de Silang, Barangay Tartaria, Silang, Cavite. The record places it at Lot 4 Blk 24. It has 26 sqm of floor area on a lot of 45 sqm.

The minimum bid price is ₱569,198, about ₱21,892 per sqm of floor area. It reached the 2nd public auction after the 1st auction ended without a winning bid. Bidding is sealed again, and Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 30% discount", depending on the mode of payment. The published offer window is Oct 19 to Oct 23, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, followed by the bid opening on Oct 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
