Through negotiated sale, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed rowhouse in Ramonita Exec Homes, Barangay Loma de Gato, Marilao, Bulacan. The record places it at Lot 25 Blk 22. It has 22 sqm of floor area on a lot of 40 sqm.

The minimum selling price is set at ₱740,000 (roughly ₱33,636 per sqm of floor area). Having gone unsold at public auction, it is sold at a fixed price on a first-come, first-served basis. The rowhouse is occupied, according to Pag-IBIG, so factor in the time and cost of dealing with the occupants. Pag-IBIG's remarks list the title as under consolidation, which means it is not yet in the Fund's name. It is sold as-is, where-is, so visit the rowhouse and set aside money for repairs and any unpaid association dues before you offer.

Pag-IBIG puts the required gross monthly income at ₱12,338 for a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan covering the full price, which implies a monthly amortization of about ₱4,318. The handling office is Pag-IBIG's San Fernando Hub.
