Foreclosed Rowhouse for Sale in Mabuhay City-Cabuyao, Cabuyao, Laguna (Lot 125 Blk 29)

Through the 2nd public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed rowhouse in Mabuhay City-Cabuyao, Barangay Mamatid, Cabuyao, Laguna. It sits at Lot 125 Blk 29. The rowhouse has 20 sqm of floor area and stands on a 32-sqm lot.

The minimum bid price is set at ₱389,700 (roughly ₱19,485 per sqm of floor area). The 2nd public auction follows a 1st auction with no winning bid. Offers are sealed, the highest qualified offer wins at the bid opening, and Pag-IBIG gives up to 30% discount, depending on the mode of payment. The published offer window is Oct 12 to Oct 16, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, followed by the bid opening on Oct 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The record marks the rowhouse as occupied; any occupants are for the buyer to deal with. Pag-IBIG's remarks list the title as under consolidation, which means it is not yet in the Fund's name. It is sold as-is, where-is, so visit the rowhouse and set aside money for repairs and any unpaid association dues before you offer.

Financing the whole price with a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan requires a gross monthly income of ₱6,498, according to Pag-IBIG, because the amortization of about ₱2,274 a month may not exceed 35% of income. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub is the handling office.
