Through the 2nd public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed rowhouse in Las Palmas Subdivision, Barangay Cay Pombo, Santa Maria, Bulacan. The record places it at Lot 31 Blk 9. It has 22 sqm of floor area on a lot of 46 sqm.

At ₱881,550, the minimum bid price works out to about ₱40,070 per sqm of floor area. It reached the 2nd public auction after the 1st auction ended without a winning bid. Bidding is sealed again, and Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 30% discount", depending on the mode of payment.
