Foreclosed Rowhouse for Sale in La Paz Homes II, Trece Martires, Cavite (Lot 10A Blk 21)

Through the 1st public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed rowhouse in La Paz Homes II, Barangay Cabezas, Trece Martires, Cavite. It sits at Lot 10A Blk 21. The rowhouse has 31.6 sqm of floor area and stands on a 60-sqm lot.

The minimum bid price is set at ₱902,700 (roughly ₱28,566 per sqm of floor area). A 1st public auction listing carries no discount: sealed offers must meet the minimum bid price, and the highest qualified offer wins at the bid opening. Offers were scheduled from Oct 12 until 11:59 PM on Oct 16, 2026 (Philippine time); the bid opening was set for Oct 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The rowhouse is occupied, according to Pag-IBIG, so factor in the time and cost of dealing with the occupants. The title is under consolidation, so it is still being transferred to Pag-IBIG Fund's name. The sale is as-is, where-is, which leaves repairs and any unpaid association dues to the buyer, so inspect the rowhouse before making an offer.

Financing the whole price with a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan requires a gross monthly income of ₱15,051, according to Pag-IBIG, because the amortization of about ₱5,268 a month may not exceed 35% of income. The handling office is Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub.
