Foreclosed Rowhouse End Unit for Sale in Harmony Hills 2 Subdivision, Marilao, Bulacan (Lot 21 Blk 31)

Through the 2nd public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed end-unit rowhouse with a firewall in Harmony Hills 2 Subdivision, Barangay Loma de Gato, Marilao, Bulacan. It has 20.7 sqm of floor area on a lot of 39 sqm.

The minimum bid price is set at ₱542,790 (roughly ₱26,222 per sqm of floor area). It reached the 2nd public auction after the 1st auction ended without a winning bid. Bidding is sealed again, and Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 30% discount", depending on the mode of payment. The offer period was set for Oct 19 to Oct 23, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the bid opening on Oct 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The rowhouse is occupied, according to Pag-IBIG, so factor in the time and cost of dealing with the occupants. Pag-IBIG's remarks list the title as under consolidation, which means it is not yet in the Fund's name. The sale is as-is, where-is, which leaves repairs and any unpaid association dues to the buyer, so inspect the rowhouse before making an offer.

Financing the whole price with a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan requires a gross monthly income of ₱9,050, according to Pag-IBIG, because the amortization of about ₱3,168 a month may not exceed 35% of income.
