At ₱425,970, the minimum bid price works out to about ₱20,779 per sqm of floor area. It reached the 2nd public auction after the 1st auction ended without a winning bid. Bidding is sealed again, and Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 30% discount", depending on the mode of payment.
