Foreclosed Rowhouse End Unit for Sale in Carissa Homes Tanza-Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite (Lot 42 Blk 51)

Through the 1st public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed end-unit rowhouse with eaves in Carissa Homes Tanza-Bagtas, Barangay Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite. The listing is for Lot 42 Blk 51. The record shows a floor area of 20.62 sqm on a 69-sqm lot.

The minimum bid price is ₱578,985, about ₱28,079 per sqm of floor area. In the 1st public auction, sealed offers must meet the minimum bid price, and the highest qualified offer wins when the bids are opened. There is no discount at this stage. The offer period was set for Oct 12 to Oct 16, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the bid opening on Oct 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

It is listed as unoccupied. The title is under consolidation, so it is still being transferred to Pag-IBIG Fund's name. It is sold as-is, where-is, so visit the rowhouse and set aside money for repairs and any unpaid association dues before you offer.

Pag-IBIG puts the required gross monthly income at ₱9,654 for a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan covering the full price, which implies a monthly amortization of about ₱3,379. Paying part of the price in cash or making a bigger down payment lowers the income you need. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub is the handling office.
