This rowhouse is a Pag-IBIG Fund foreclosed property in Carissa Homes Tanza - Bagtas, Barangay Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite, offered through the 2nd public auction. The record places it at Lot 11 Blk 45. It has 20.62 sqm of floor area on a lot of 35 sqm.

The minimum bid price is set at ₱377,640 (roughly ₱18,314 per sqm of floor area). The 2nd public auction follows a 1st auction with no winning bid. Offers are sealed, the highest qualified offer wins at the bid opening, and Pag-IBIG gives up to 30% discount, depending on the mode of payment. The offer period was set for Oct 12 to Oct 16, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the bid opening on Oct 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The rowhouse is occupied, according to Pag-IBIG, so factor in the time and cost of dealing with the occupants. The title is under consolidation, so it is still being transferred to Pag-IBIG Fund's name. Like all Pag-IBIG acquired assets, it is sold as-is, where-is: inspect it first and budget for repairs and any unpaid association dues.

Pag-IBIG puts the required gross monthly income at ₱6,297 for a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan covering the full price, which implies a monthly amortization of about ₱2,204. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub is the handling office.
