Through negotiated sale, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed rowhouse in Benjamin Village III, Barangay Santo Cristo, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. It sits at Lot 17 Blk 16. The rowhouse has 22 sqm of floor area and stands on a 36-sqm lot.

At ₱583,300, the minimum selling price works out to about ₱26,514 per sqm of floor area. Having gone unsold at public auction, it is sold at a fixed price on a first-come, first-served basis. Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 45% discount", depending on the mode of payment and the mode of sale. Offers were scheduled from Oct 10 until 11:59 PM on Oct 16, 2026 (Philippine time); the opening of offers was set for Oct 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

It is listed as occupied, and dealing with any occupants is the buyer's responsibility. Pag-IBIG's remarks list the title as under consolidation, which means it is not yet in the Fund's name.
