At ₱845,050, the minimum bid price works out to about ₱33,802 per sqm of floor area. In the 1st public auction, sealed offers must meet the minimum bid price, and the highest qualified offer wins when the bids are opened. There is no discount at this stage. The offer period was set for Oct 12 to Oct 16, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the bid opening on Oct 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
