Through negotiated sale, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed lot in Ma Aurora Heights, Barangay Cuyab, San Pedro, Laguna. The record places it at Lot 24 Blk 17. Its lot area is 64 sqm.

At ₱614,400, the minimum selling price works out to about ₱9,600 per sqm of lot area. The property went unsold at public auction, so it is offered at a fixed price, first come, first served; the discount of up to 45% depends on the mode of payment and the mode of sale. The offer period was set for Oct 24 to Oct 30, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the opening of offers on Nov 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

According to Pag-IBIG's record, the lot is unoccupied. The title is under consolidation, so it is still being transferred to Pag-IBIG Fund's name. Like all Pag-IBIG acquired assets, it is sold as-is, where-is: inspect it first and budget for any unpaid association dues.
