Foreclosed Lot for Sale in Carissa Homes Tanza-Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite (Lot 13 Blk 2)

This lot is a Pag-IBIG Fund foreclosed property in Carissa Homes Tanza-Bagtas, Barangay Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite, offered through the 1st public auction. It sits at Lot 13 Blk 2. The lot measures 35 sqm. Its most recent inspection date is Sep 10, 2026.

The minimum bid price is ₱210,000, about ₱6,000 per sqm of lot area. Bidding is sealed. Every offer must meet the minimum bid price, the highest qualified offer wins when the bids are opened, and there is no discount at this stage. You make an offer online through Pag-IBIG Fund's Online Public Auction portal, using a free Buyer ID. Offers were scheduled from Oct 12 until 11:59 PM on Oct 16, 2026 (Philippine time); the bid opening was set for Oct 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

It is listed as unoccupied. Pag-IBIG's remarks list the title as under consolidation, which means it is not yet in the Fund's name. It is sold as-is, where-is, so visit the lot and set aside money for any unpaid association dues before you offer.

Pag-IBIG puts the required gross monthly income at ₱3,501 for a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan covering the full price, which implies a monthly amortization of about ₱1,226. A bigger down payment, or paying in cash, lowers that requirement. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub handles the sale.
