Foreclosed Lot for Sale in Carissa Homes Tanza-Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite (Lot 25 Blk 28)

This lot is a Pag-IBIG Fund foreclosed property in Carissa Homes Tanza-Bagtas, Barangay Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite, offered through the 1st public auction. It sits at Lot 25 Blk 28. The lot measures 36 sqm.

The minimum bid price is set at ₱216,000 (roughly ₱6,000 per sqm of lot area). Bidding is sealed. Every offer must meet the minimum bid price, the highest qualified offer wins when the bids are opened, and there is no discount at this stage. You make an offer online through Pag-IBIG Fund's Online Public Auction portal, using a free Buyer ID. Offers were scheduled from Oct 12 until 11:59 PM on Oct 16, 2026 (Philippine time); the bid opening was set for Oct 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The record marks the lot as unoccupied. Its title is still under consolidation, meaning the transfer to Pag-IBIG Fund's name is not yet complete. Like all Pag-IBIG acquired assets, it is sold as-is, where-is: inspect it first and budget for any unpaid association dues.

Pag-IBIG puts the required gross monthly income at ₱3,601 for a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan covering the full price, which implies a monthly amortization of about ₱1,261. Paying part of the price in cash or making a bigger down payment lowers the income you need. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub handles the sale.
