Foreclosed Single Attached House and Lot for Sale in Palao Country Homes, Mariveles, Bataan (Lot 22 Blk 8)

Through negotiated sale, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed single-attached house and lot in Palao Country Homes, Barangay Aguanan, Mariveles, Bataan. The record places it at Lot 22 Blk 8. It has 24 sqm of floor area on a lot of 60 sqm.

The minimum selling price is set at ₱717,800 (roughly ₱29,908 per sqm of floor area). Negotiated sale is for properties that went unsold at public auction: they are sold at a fixed price, first come, first served, with a discount of up to 45% depending on the mode of payment and the mode of sale. The offer period was set for Oct 10 to Oct 16, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the opening of offers on Oct 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

Pag-IBIG lists its occupancy as "occupied/closed"; any occupants would be the buyer's to deal with. Pag-IBIG's remarks list the title as under consolidation, which means it is not yet in the Fund's name. It is sold as-is, where-is, so visit the house and set aside money for repairs and any unpaid association dues before you offer.

The required gross monthly income for this house is ₱11,968, based on a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan for the full price; that points to an amortization of about ₱4,189 a month.
