Foreclosed Condo Unit for Sale in Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, Pasig, Metro Manila (Unit 1125)

This condominium unit is a Pag-IBIG Fund foreclosed property in Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, Barangay Rosario, Pasig, Metro Manila, offered through the 1st public auction. It is Unit 1125. The unit measures 30.6 sqm.

The minimum bid price is set at ₱4,181,400 (roughly ₱136,647 per sqm of floor area). Bidding is sealed. Every offer must meet the minimum bid price, the highest qualified offer wins when the bids are opened, and there is no discount at this stage. Offers were scheduled from Oct 26 until 11:59 PM on Oct 30, 2026 (Philippine time); the bid opening was set for Nov 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The record marks the unit as occupied; any occupants are for the buyer to deal with. Its title is still under consolidation, meaning the transfer to Pag-IBIG Fund's name is not yet complete. Like all Pag-IBIG acquired assets, it is sold as-is, where-is: inspect it first and budget for repairs and any unpaid condominium dues.

Pag-IBIG puts the required gross monthly income at ₱69,719 for a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan covering the full price, which implies a monthly amortization of about ₱24,402. Paying part of the price in cash or making a bigger down payment lowers the income you need. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub is the handling office.
