Pag-IBIG's remarks list the title as under consolidation, which means it is not yet in the Fund's name. The sale is as-is, where-is, which leaves repairs and any unpaid condominium dues to the buyer, so inspect the unit before making an offer.

Pag-IBIG puts the required gross monthly income at ₱75,951 for a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan covering the full price, which implies a monthly amortization of about ₱26,583. The handling office is Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub.
