Foreclosed Condo Unit for Sale in Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, Pasig, Metro Manila (Unit 1548)

Through the 1st public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed condominium unit in Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, Barangay Rosario, Pasig, Metro Manila. The listing is for Unit 1548 on the 15th floor. It has a floor area of 30.6 sqm.

At ₱3,905,900, the minimum bid price works out to about ₱127,644 per sqm of floor area. A 1st public auction listing carries no discount: sealed offers must meet the minimum bid price, and the highest qualified offer wins at the bid opening. The published offer window is Oct 19 to Oct 23, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, followed by the bid opening on Oct 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The record marks the unit as occupied; any occupants are for the buyer to deal with. The title is under consolidation, so it is still being transferred to Pag-IBIG Fund's name. Like all Pag-IBIG acquired assets, it is sold as-is, where-is: inspect it first and budget for repairs and any unpaid condominium dues.

Pag-IBIG puts the required gross monthly income at ₱65,125 for a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan covering the full price, which implies a monthly amortization of about ₱22,794. A bigger down payment, or paying in cash, lowers that requirement. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub is the handling office.
