This foreclosed condominium unit is in Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, Barangay Rosario, Pasig, Metro Manila, and Pag-IBIG Fund is offering it through negotiated sale. The listing is for Unit 1615. It has a floor area of 30.6 sqm.

The minimum selling price is ₱4,181,400, about ₱136,647 per sqm of floor area. The property went unsold at public auction, so it is offered at a fixed price, first come, first served; the discount of up to 45% depends on the mode of payment and the mode of sale. The offer period was set for Oct 24 to Oct 30, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the opening of offers on Nov 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

According to Pag-IBIG's record, the unit is unoccupied. Its title is still under consolidation, meaning the transfer to Pag-IBIG Fund's name is not yet complete. The sale is as-is, where-is, which leaves repairs and any unpaid condominium dues to the buyer, so inspect the unit before making an offer.

Financing the whole price with a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan requires a gross monthly income of ₱69,719, according to Pag-IBIG, because the amortization of about ₱24,402 a month may not exceed 35% of income. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub is the handling office.
