Through the 2nd public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed condominium unit in Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, Barangay Rosario, Pasig, Metro Manila. The record lists it as Unit 1457 on the 14th floor. Its floor area is 30.6 sqm.

At ₱3,291,390, the minimum bid price works out to about ₱107,562 per sqm of floor area. It reached the 2nd public auction after the 1st auction ended without a winning bid. Bidding is sealed again, and Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 30% discount", depending on the mode of payment. The offer period was set for Oct 26 to Oct 30, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the bid opening on Nov 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

Pag-IBIG lists its occupancy as "occupied/closed"; any occupants would be the buyer's to deal with. The title is under consolidation, so it is still being transferred to Pag-IBIG Fund's name.
