At ₱4,181,400, the minimum selling price works out to about ₱136,647 per sqm of floor area. Having gone unsold at public auction, it is sold at a fixed price on a first-come, first-served basis. Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 45% discount", depending on the mode of payment and the mode of sale. The offer period was set for Oct 24 to Oct 30, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the opening of offers on Nov 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
