The minimum bid price is ₱4,181,400, about ₱136,647 per sqm of floor area. In the 1st public auction, sealed offers must meet the minimum bid price, and the highest qualified offer wins when the bids are opened. There is no discount at this stage. The offer period was set for Oct 26 to Oct 30, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, with the bid opening on Nov 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
