Foreclosed Condo Unit for Sale in Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, Pasig, Metro Manila (Unit 1210)

This foreclosed condominium unit is in Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, Barangay Rosario, Pasig, Metro Manila, and Pag-IBIG Fund is offering it through the 1st public auction. The record lists it as Unit 1210 on the 12th floor. Its floor area is 30.6 sqm.

The minimum bid price is ₱4,181,400, about ₱136,647 per sqm of floor area. A 1st public auction listing carries no discount: sealed offers must meet the minimum bid price, and the highest qualified offer wins at the bid opening. The published offer window is Oct 26 to Oct 30, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, followed by the bid opening on Nov 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The record marks the unit as occupied; any occupants are for the buyer to deal with. Its title is still under consolidation, meaning the transfer to Pag-IBIG Fund's name is not yet complete. Like all Pag-IBIG acquired assets, it is sold as-is, where-is: inspect it first and budget for repairs and any unpaid condominium dues.

The required gross monthly income for this unit is ₱69,719, based on a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan for the full price; that points to an amortization of about ₱24,402 a month. A bigger down payment, or paying in cash, lowers that requirement. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub handles the sale.
