At ₱3,502,200, the minimum bid price works out to about ₱114,451 per sqm of floor area. In the 1st public auction, sealed offers must meet the minimum bid price, and the highest qualified offer wins when the bids are opened. There is no discount at this stage. The published offer window is Oct 19 to Oct 23, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, followed by the bid opening on Oct 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
