The minimum bid price is set at ₱2,572,740 (roughly ₱84,076 per sqm of floor area). It reached the 2nd public auction after the 1st auction ended without a winning bid. Bidding is sealed again, and Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 30% discount", depending on the mode of payment. Offers were scheduled from Oct 19 until 11:59 PM on Oct 23, 2026 (Philippine time); the bid opening was set for Oct 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
