At ₱2,482,900, the minimum selling price works out to about ₱108,187 per sqm of floor area. Negotiated sale is for properties that went unsold at public auction: they are sold at a fixed price, first come, first served, with a discount of up to 45% depending on the mode of payment and the mode of sale.
