Through the 1st public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed condominium unit in Hacienda Balai, Barangay Kaligayahan, Quezon City, Metro Manila. The listing is for Unit 4-D on the 4th floor. It has a floor area of 30 sqm.

The minimum bid price is ₱3,636,000, about ₱121,200 per sqm of floor area. Bidding is sealed. Every offer must meet the minimum bid price, the highest qualified offer wins when the bids are opened, and there is no discount at this stage.
