Through the 2nd public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed condominium unit in Gilmore Tower, Barangay Valencia, Quezon City, Metro Manila. The record lists it as Unit 1811 on the 18th floor. Its floor area is 42 sqm.

At ₱4,936,680, the minimum bid price works out to about ₱117,540 per sqm of floor area. With no winning bid in the 1st auction, the property went back to sealed bidding, where the highest qualified offer wins at the bid opening. The discount at this stage is up to 30%, depending on the mode of payment. The published offer window is Oct 19 to Oct 23, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, followed by the bid opening on Oct 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The unit is occupied, according to Pag-IBIG, so factor in the time and cost of dealing with the occupants.
