The minimum selling price is set at ₱3,640,800 (roughly ₱115,802 per sqm of floor area). Having gone unsold at public auction, it is sold at a fixed price on a first-come, first-served basis. Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 45% discount", depending on the mode of payment and the mode of sale.
