Through the 1st public auction, Pag-IBIG Fund is selling this foreclosed condominium unit in Cypress Village, Barangay Apolonio Samson, Quezon City, Metro Manila. The record lists it as Unit B. Its floor area is 72.99 sqm.

At ₱3,131,300, the minimum bid price works out to about ₱42,900 per sqm of floor area. In the 1st public auction, sealed offers must meet the minimum bid price, and the highest qualified offer wins when the bids are opened. There is no discount at this stage. Offers were scheduled from Oct 12 until 11:59 PM on Oct 16, 2026 (Philippine time); the bid opening was set for Oct 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

The unit is occupied, according to Pag-IBIG, so factor in the time and cost of dealing with the occupants. Pag-IBIG's remarks list the title as under consolidation, which means it is not yet in the Fund's name. The sale is as-is, where-is, which leaves repairs and any unpaid condominium dues to the buyer, so inspect the unit before making an offer.
