Foreclosed Condo Unit for Sale in Arezzo Place Phase 1, Pasig, Metro Manila (Unit 4-5)

This condominium unit is a Pag-IBIG Fund foreclosed property in Arezzo Place Phase 1, Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig, Metro Manila, offered through the 1st public auction. It is Unit 4-5. The unit measures 30.6 sqm.

The minimum bid price is set at ₱3,329,300 (roughly ₱108,801 per sqm of floor area). Bidding is sealed. Every offer must meet the minimum bid price, the highest qualified offer wins when the bids are opened, and there is no discount at this stage. The published offer window is Oct 19 to Oct 23, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Philippine time, followed by the bid opening on Oct 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

It is listed as occupied, and dealing with any occupants is the buyer's responsibility. The title is under consolidation, so it is still being transferred to Pag-IBIG Fund's name. Like all Pag-IBIG acquired assets, it is sold as-is, where-is: inspect it first and budget for repairs and any unpaid condominium dues.

The required gross monthly income for this unit is ₱55,511, based on a 30-year Pag-IBIG housing loan for the full price; that points to an amortization of about ₱19,429 a month. Paying in cash or putting more money down reduces the income needed to qualify. Pag-IBIG's NCR Housing Hub handles the sale.
