At ₱3,280,300, the minimum selling price works out to about ₱107,199 per sqm of floor area. Having gone unsold at public auction, it is sold at a fixed price on a first-come, first-served basis. Pag-IBIG labels this stage "up to 45% discount", depending on the mode of payment and the mode of sale.
